Introduction

The Arab media industry has seen vast changes in the last few years in terms of applications, media environment, and political challenges. With these developments, it became obvious that the Arab world needs new wave of journalists who understand these challenges and can apply new professional concepts. In addition, there is a scarcity of qualified human resources in the media field. Because of all that, the Saudi Association for Media & Communication if focusing its third annual forum on "Media Education & Training in the Arab World"

1-    Evaluating the current situation of media education in the Arab world

2-    Discussing the relationship between educational institutions and media organizations in the Arab world.
